    If you’re reading this, you’re probably a seasoned or new mother with little to no time to worry about anything other than taking care of your precious little one(s). We have two rescued cats, including a Maine Coon, one rescued pit, and one extremely fluffy Australian Shepherd. Needless to say, the house can get out of sorts rather quickly.     These have been a saving grace when needing a quick last minute meal for guests! Enjoy! TIME ALLOTTED: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS (Makes four bell peppers): 4 Bell Peppers (Pick your favorite color, and make sure the peppers chosen are decently large) 1 Box Quick Rice (Brand of your choice) 1 pound of Ground Turkey (Can substitute other meat if need be) 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning 1 14 oz can of Diced Tomatoes with Onion and Garlic 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese Salt and Pepper (If you desire) INSTRUCTIONS: Over medium-high heat, brown turkey in frying pan.     CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER NO-BAKE COOKIES

    These classic no-bake cookies were a staple of my childhood, and a quick summer treat to share with friends and family. With 15 minutes of your time, and a little bit of love, these are impossible to mess up! TIME ALLOTTED: 15 minutes INGREDIENTS (Makes about 20 cookies): 1/2 cup Peanut butter 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 2 cups Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup Butter 1/2 cup Milk 3 cups Oats (Old fashioned oats) INSTRUCTIONS: Measure oats into a large bowl and set aside.
